FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Practical answers, before you write.

What the company does and does not do, how work and partnership discussions are defined, how information is treated and how to make contact.

01 / SERVICES AND SCOPE

What does AGRIGOOD Global Holdings do?

The company is registered in Singapore for two activities: management consultancy services (SSIC 70209) and holding-company activities (SSIC 64202). In practice, consultancy means helping businesses with strategy, organisation, processes and controls, performance reporting and implementation review; the holding activity means long-term equity participation in selected businesses using the company's own capital.

Does the company give legal, tax, audit or investment advice?

No. The consultancy concerns management matters. It does not include legal advice, statutory audit or assurance, tax advice, or regulated financial or investment advice. Where such expertise is needed, the client should engage appropriately qualified and licensed professionals; collaboration with such professionals is one of the three partnership pathways.

Is the company a fund, or does it accept money from investors?

No. The holding activity uses the company's own capital. It does not involve raising funds from the public, accepting money from third parties for investment, acting as an intermediary for securities, managing funds or managing assets on behalf of clients. Nothing on this website is an offer of securities or an invitation to invest.

Who is the company looking to work with?

Three groups: businesses with a management question they would like help with; owners of operating businesses open to discussing a long-term equity partnership; and firms or specialists proposing to collaborate on defined work. Each pathway, and what to prepare for it, is described on the Partnerships page.

02 / HOW WORK IS DEFINED

How is the scope of a consultancy engagement defined?

The proposed sequence is: a short, non-confidential introduction describing the situation and the question; a scoping conversation to agree objectives, boundaries, the information available and the people involved; then a written document setting out objectives, deliverables, each party's responsibilities, timetable, fees and confidentiality. Work begins only once that document has been agreed and signed.

Are fees or timeframes published?

No. Fees, timetable and the people involved depend on the agreed scope and are set out in writing for each engagement. Nothing on this website is a quotation or a commitment to a price, duration or result.

Can I see examples of previous work or clients?

The website does not present past engagements, clients or results. Situations marked “Illustrative example” on the Management Consultancy page are hypothetical and are included only to show the kind of output that may be agreed.

03 / PARTNERSHIP DISCUSSIONS

How do I start a discussion about an equity partnership?

Send a short introduction covering the business and its ownership, why a partner is being considered and the form of participation in mind. Please keep it non-confidential. If there is a basis to continue, an exploratory discussion follows, and confidentiality terms are agreed before any detailed information is shared.

Does the website list the company's holdings?

No. The website does not list any holdings, capital amounts or transactions, and nothing on it should be read as describing an existing interest in any business. The evaluation criteria describe the intended approach, not completed transactions.

How can a professional firm propose a collaboration?

Share your firm profile and relevant qualifications or licences, the collaboration you propose and how responsibilities would be divided. Collaboration is considered work by work, under written terms that set out each party's role.

Is an initial discussion binding?

No. Initial discussions are exploratory and are not an offer or commitment by either party. No engagement, partnership or transaction is binding until set out in a written agreement signed by authorised representatives.

04 / CONFIDENTIALITY

What should I include in a first introduction?

Who you are, what you would like to discuss and why, the indicative scope, and a contact person. Please do not include confidential, price-sensitive or personal financial information, identity documents or bank details.

When are confidentiality terms agreed?

Where detailed or sensitive information is needed, confidentiality terms are agreed before that information is exchanged. Information shared is to be used only for its agreed purpose.

Can I upload documents through the website?

No. The website has no upload or submission function, and you should not send sensitive documents in a first message. How documents are exchanged, if needed, is agreed between the parties.

05 / REGISTERED ADDRESS AND COMPANY DETAILS

Where is the company registered?

The registered office recorded with ACRA is 36 Robinson Road, #20-01, City House, Singapore 068877. It is suitable for written correspondence. It is not presented as an operating office or a location for visits.

How can I check the company's registration?

The particulars on this website are drawn from the ACRA Business Profile dated 6 July 2026 (UEN 202630530R) and reflect the record at that date. Current status and officer details can be obtained from ACRA through its BizFile service, and should be checked before any transaction.
